Job Summary

Looking to spend your summer in the heart of Alaska? 49th State Brewing in Healy, just outside Denali National Park, is hiring Seasonal Servers to join our high-energy team for the 2026 summer season.

Our Healy location welcomes travelers from around the world along with loyal locals, all looking for great food, award-winning craft beer, and genuine Alaska hospitality. Servers play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while representing our Alaska-first brand.

Season runs from May 4 through the last week of September.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving experience required (high-volume experience preferred)

• Passion for hospitality, craft beer, and Alaska-made products

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Available for the full season: May 4 – last week of September

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, authentic welcome that reflects the 49th State Brewing brand

• Guide guests through our menu, craft beer selection, and Alaska-inspired offerings

• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders

• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns quickly and professionally

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area

• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff

• Contribute to a fun, energetic, and guest-focused summer atmosphere
