**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook for a seasonal role at 49th State Brewing in Healy, Alaska. This position will be from May 4th to the end of September in Denali National Park. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals according to our menu, collaborating with the kitchen team, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
2. Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
3. Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
4. Collaborate with the executive chef and follow instructions.
5. Clean up station and handle leftover food.
6. Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
7. Ensure high-quality, timely food delivery.
8. Adhere to nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven cooking experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook.
2. Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
3. Ability to work with accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge of industry best practices.
5. Culinary school diploma is a plus.
6. Team player with a positive attitude.
7. Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen environment.
