**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Prospctors Pizzeria and Ale House in Denali National Park from April 20th to the end of September. The ideal candidate will demonstrate not only exceptional culinary skills but also extensive experience in managing a full-service restaurant.

**Qualifications:**
- A valid driver's license
- 10+ years of cooking experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a full-service restaurant
- Proven track record in culinary leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of seasonal menu planning and execution
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead menu development and create innovative dishes using seasonal ingredients
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
- Control food and labor costs to meet budget goals
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events
- Handle inventory management and ordering of supplies efficiently

**Additional Requirements:**
- Culinary school certification or equivalent is preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the peak season
