About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations. You’ll lead a talented team, ensure exceptional service, and uphold our commitment to quality, innovation, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet business goals.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, brewery activities, staffing, and financial performance.
• Guest Experience: Maintain and enhance the high standards of service and hospitality that define the experience.
• Community Engagement: Represent the brand and build relationships within the local and tourist communities.
• Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas, events, and strategies to drive guest engagement and revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in restaurant, brewery, or hospitality management, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A passion for craft beer, great food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Ability to thrive in a seasonal and dynamic environment, adapting to the unique challenges of Alaska’s hospitality industry.
• Experience with Toast, SpontOn Teamworks, and ADP is a plus!
• You understand prime cost, budgets and financials
