We’re seeking experienced seasonal Expos to play a crucial role in ensuring food quality and presentation before it reaches our guests. If you excel at coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, managing timing, and maintaining a smooth service flow, we’d love to have you on board.
Food Expeditor (Expo)
The Food Expeditor (Expo) is responsible for making sure both sides of the kitchen are running smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for ticket times being up to standards and should be the only one communicating between the cooks and the front of house employees. Ensuring each dish going out is of high quality and plated correctly and all items on the ticket are going out together.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively to back of house and front of house. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require occasional moving of products weighing up to 30 pounds.
