**Job Summary:**
The Houseman position at 49th State Brewing, entails maintaining the cleanliness and organization of designated areas within the brewpub specifically for the events department. 49th State Brewing hosts a variety of events for private and public businesses, private parties, weddings, receptions, buyouts, and a variety of other events. You will be a key part of the team ensuring that the set up for these events goes smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping, a warehouse, or laborious role
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Putting up and taking down decorations
- Set up and take down for events
- Assist in organizing and tidying up brewpub and common areas
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Alert appropriate staff to maintenance issues

**Additional Requirements:**
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to follow instructions and collaborate
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
